Protocol are working with a leading adult education provider to recruit an Employability Lecturer to deliver engaging employability programmes to adult ESOL learners.

This role involves supporting learners to develop the skills, confidence, and knowledge needed to progress into employment. Courses cover employability themes, with some programmes linked to hospitality, retail, and digital skills.

The Role

• Deliver engaging sessions to adult ESOL learners
• Support learners to develop workplace and employability skills
• Create an inclusive and supportive learning environment
• Monitor learner progress and maintain accurate records

About You

• Experience teaching or tutoring Employability, ESOL, Adult Learning, Functional Skills, or Community Learning
• Strong learner engagement and communication skills
• A teaching qualification is desirable
• Hospitality, retail, or digital skills knowledge would be beneficial but is not essential
